What happens a lot with girls in the sex industry is they join because they're insecure and need sexual validation, then they get money, and instead of using the money for therapy, they use it for cosmetic procedures that will "fix" the stuff they've always felt bad about themselves. Think of every insecurity you've ever had about your dick. Shape, size, girth, colour, foreskin, whatever. That's how women feel about their boobs. The difference is that boob jobs are mainstream cosmetic procedures, and penile plastic surgery is a last-resort risky thing. And since Harriet has much larger ones, Lauren will at least seriously consider it, especially if Harriet's OF numbers get higher than hers.
