There's a class action lawsuit of sorts against Onlyfans accounts that use deceptive measures in the form of messaging agencies. There's a thread about it in this forum
 
That's kinda based honestly. Hope they succeed. Not that it'll change much but still, there are some people out there that may fall victim to these sorta things and not just being willfully delusional.
 
It's getting REALLY BAD with all the horseshit flying around and making insane claims and not delivering but you're sunk because good luck ever getting OF to give your money back.

I guess they're using the same logic as the indian scam agencies. People in the "west" have too much money and they won't be harmed by parting from some of it. But more likely they don't try to justify it they just don't give a shit as long as they get cash.
 
tbh I am curious about the crafting part of cosplay but so many other cosplayers do that better. Still like sure that's just damage control. But at least it's interesting-ish content. And Patreon allows for downloads typically. While with Fansly you have to use a 3rd party thing to do it. So it's more of a purchase than a subscription.

They also have different teams taking care of leaks via DMCAs.
