Hello. My account was very recently banned: https://simpcity.su/members/korblarb.1155523/ and I was wondering if it would be possible to appeal this decision. Up until the forum went down most recently, I was mirroring gofile links on a number of different threads. By the time it was accessible, my access had been completely taken away and the only message to appear was that I had been banned. So, it's completely unclear to me what specific error I had committed because I can no longer open anything including the inbox. I am fully aware that I had received two suspensions before. All the same, I would like to ask for another chance since a lot of time and effort has been sunk into the account above to get it to where it is. In my defense, the previous suspensions had been mostly the result of what the site classifies as "incorrect advertising/promotion" from me mirroring other people's links. If the offense is so egregious, then why haven't those original links been removed while I end up solely receiving the warnings and the suspensions? It also doesn't help as well that a previous feature of the forum which allowed users to see how many warnings they've accumulated had been removed. This would make keeping track of how close to a suspension/banning impossible. As such, please consider my case because I feel that this decision to ban my account is very harsh and doesn't give me the opportunity to correct the error I've made, which is more complicated in nature than it appears.

Solution
I no longer have access to the watched threads which I depend upon
Thats kinda the point of a ban, gotta be some sort of punishment.

I've removed 1 warning point, your ban is changed to 2 weeks and if you evade the ban with any other account including this John Smith one which I will shortly ban, I will change the ban on Korblarb back to permanent.
Maybe you should have read the rules, this is excessive, its more than would normally trigger a permanent ban, you had enough chances. Not sure why you refused to read the rules.

Thank you for your reply. I'm confused about the "Intentional / Egregious Reposting" that occurred today. Could you please provide me with details on what exactly happened because I was only mirroring gofile links as I previously stated in my message? I honestly don't understand how what I was doing would fall under this specific violation without knowing where specifically I screwed up. I apologize if this message is a bother to you. As I said, I really put a lot of hours into the account that was banned. If there's any way the decision can be reversed, then it would truly mean a great deal.

Again, thank you for responding. I'm sorry for bothering you, but I would like to ask why this constitutes as being Intentional / Egregious Reposting? The reason I posted this link was because I noticed that the video hadn't appeared on the thread yet. I also made sure to credit the original poster as well.

I had never been perm banned before. This is the first time something this extreme has happened to me. At the most, I had been suspended once before the massive data loss. I'm truly sorry for the mistake that occurred on my part. A friend of mine just informed me that the video I posted the link for appears in the bunkr folder right above. Is there really no way that this banning can be reversed? I swear that if there's any way you can give me another chance that you won't get any more violations from me. It's insanely difficult to start all the way from zero because I no longer have access to the watched threads which I depend upon in order to help contribute to the forum in terms of mirroring. Please know that the violation occurred purely out of my desire to fill in gaps left by the data loss. It wasn't because I was trying to farm or anything like that at all since I had already reached a level that I can be proud of.

Solution
Okay. Thank you so very much for your kindness and compassion. Would you like me to delete the new John Smith account as a goodwill gesture on my part and as a way of proving that I fully intend to keep my word to you? That way if I violate any more rules and get perma banned, there won't be any way for me to come back.
