When I clicked on the ext4 file in C:\Users\PC NAME\AppData\Local\Packages\CanonicalGroupLimited.Ubuntu_79rhkp1fndgsc\LocalState I get an error.
After doing that, wsl and ubuntu won't run.
Maybe it's because I'm a Windows 11 user.
I'll have to try reinstalling it later.

on your ubuntu terminal type:
sudo nano - it will open text editor
- paste the code
press ctrl+x to save
type nameofthefile.sh and hit Enter
it will be saved in /home directory
to run it in the same terminal first type chmod 774 nameofthefile.sh to change permissions
then type sudo bash nameofthefile.sh to run it
