Niji management fucked up a bit, not too much, but it shows how little they care about the quality of their talent's work.

It's a bit hard to decipher cause they're not mentioning the title of music 1, but basically:

Claynosaurz used a paid for sample in one of their tracks and the one that made the music for Vox's movie also used that same sample in a track called Mountain Whales. Management thought Claynosaurz was sampling Vox's music without permission when in fact Claynosaurz used a sample they had paid for that turned out to be the same sample Vox's music guy had paid for. So like you do as a multi billion dollar company you send out a take down notice when you notice someone uses your music without checking out the facts of your own music first.. wait..

It seems almost unnatural considering what their business model seems to be. They are even hiring students for what is essentially rock bottom of pricing and lets not even forget the 2% which is no longer just a rumour but confirmed by multiple sources.

Its to cheap out on basically everything. Staff, paying talents, how many times merch had to be recalled due to production problems or what seems to be chaos in management.

Its a certain kind of veil that Anycolor is rich or making huge profits when the truth is more along the likes of using any means legally possible to invest next to nothing in competent staff or actual payment to talents while making money through spamming merch or even resell previous one while pumping out wave after wave.

Many of problem can even be attributed to poor scouting of talents themselves cause you end up creating a situation by just meshing people together and some folks who by god just cannot keep their mouths shut. Like that little tweet from Wilson that even got noted.

Keep everything cheap and what you get in return is naturally just incompetence.

Example I like to use is the Costa Concordia, that cruise ship that sank about a decade ago.
500 Million to build the ship but it sank cause the company behind it hired the worst people.
A young helmsman who never steered a ship and couldnt even speak english or italian and steered the ship right into rocks cause he mixed up starboard and port.
Why? Cause he was cheap as it gets.

We are seeing the same here.
Young people, students, are being hired who have next to no experience and probably dont even know english very well cause they are cheaper and it may very well sink the ship.
