It works for me but you only get one download every 24 hours per IP address. Try reseting your IP and deleting your cookies.It won't let me download or play the vids.
The way you download is you open the video you want in a new tab (don't click play yet) then press CTRL+Shift+I to open developer tools in chrome, go to the "network" tab and search for mp4, you will see nothing yet. Then hit play and the link to the video should appear to the right. Right click and open it in a new tab. Then just save the video from the tab you just opened. As I said it's slow as fuck and longer videos might take over an hour.

Also do NOT create an account. In fact you always need to delete all cookies from the website, because that way they will identify you and see if you've already used up your daily download, even if you have a new IP. For me this method always worked thus far.
