First of all that's not under oath, it's a statement, which anybody can enter. It's not like you're liable for whatever you put in there as hearsay. Just in that guy's screenshot there's an untrue line let alone the rest of it:

But like you said, there's no point in going over it again. Just saying that this chick was mald and made random shit up to try to get back at the whole group (if turning rat snake for a frivolous lawsuit didn't already make that clear)
 
Some observations on a couple posters:
Ya got the guys that are clearly running interference for the fact that this woman dated this dude, possibly someone from her circle, because it's literally the worse kept secret if you know anything.
Then ya got the dudes that think their bits and donations will make her fall in love so she is like, perpetually single, despite the woman herself talking about her various relationship statuses, with documented evidence from old tumblrs and such (check lolcow).
Look, your favorite stream girl is getting fucked, it will not ever be you, it will probably be Hasan or some streamer with clout that flies them out, ala Miz and the dude extraemily had a relationship with recently in LA.
Just enjoy the various pics and have a good time and stop running interference for people that wouldn't piss on your if you were on fire.
Also the real nudes were behind some suspect bc wall, which is probably why they never materialized, because they would be here like most stuff is here and other places.

Why would you say something so controversial, yet so brave?
 
Also I'm pretty sure it would be an affidavit if the statement was under oath, and a person needs to be authorized by law to administer an oath. So I'm pretty sure her statement in the legal doc was just a "to the best of her knowledge" kind of thing.
 
Even if she wasn't under oath, I don't see why she would lie about that information. She could have just left that part about them dating completely out of the statement and it wouldn't have really changed anything.
