Question Downloading from Fetlife?

So I have an account, with full access to videos and photos. But I forgot that it's borderline impossible to download from the site.
Does anybody know any workarounds/scrapers that work? I've tried all the usual suspects.
I'm happy to take requests if and when an answer is supplied.

I don't have an account with full access and I never tried any downloader, but the way I found that actually works with pictures is using Chrome DevTools (or the DevTools of any chromium based browser):

press the three dots on the top right of the window go down to More Tools choose Developer Tools

Now go to the network tab choose img or media from the type of file it will show reload the page

• After all of that you can see every single media the page will show on your screen, and you only need to find the one you're looking for, usually is the one called u2000 (if I remember correctly).
• Right click on the image showed on the preview side of the network tab and save it on your pc, if you instead try to open the image in another tab it'll give an error.

It's a but clumsy and only to download a single image at the time, but it's always better than nothing.

P.S. I only talked about Chrome as I only use chromium based browsers, I'm sure it can be done even with firefox but I don't know how it works so I cannot help.

Thanks for the reply man. I figured it out both images and videos a while back, but it looks like you can only download videos at 720p, and nothing higher, which is a shame. Cheers again.

Oh no worries, I knew I was late but I thought it could be beneficial even for others.
Neither if you use something like youtube-dl you can download video at higher resolution than HD?

Unfortunately not, fetlife has crazy protections on their content so all main downloaders are useless.
