I thought she was doing a bit, but I heard her on a podcast once and now I think she just is who she is. I don't think she's hurting anyone and it's a free country, but yeah a lot of silicon valley rationalist types are just really fucking weird people.

Its pretty amazing that its almost 2025 and people are still talking about Aella. I was pretty active on MFC when she came to the site in 2012. I admit it does seem like she's found this weird sweet spot on her Twitter that keeps her attractive to some (escort, kinky, adventurous), interesting to some (obscure polls, poly lifestyle), and loathsome to some (weird takes on certain issues, politics, sexuality, hygiene). All of which culminate into this perfect storm of engagement.
 
I'm here for the weird takes and silly polls. I don't find her super attractive, even less with the work she has done on herself. hate to break it to ya bud but hey were lying to you about how much they were earning, MFC fucked up in 2015 and put the token totals next to the miss mfc ranking places. You could work out how much they were making off the 5 c per token models get paid. From memory top 100 was 100k tokens per month, top 20 was 500-600k, top 10 was 700-900k and no 1 was 1.5-3mil per month.

I used to know a model who I saw get a 1.5 million token tip and finished that month third in around 2015, and that isn't even accounting for all the other tips she got. She quit the industry a few months later because she'd made enough to get her none sex work business properly off the ground :LUL

Well that about all adds up. I guess I bought into the bullshit. Hot girls have a tendency to do that to you. Plus, I left the site in 2014 to well, get married. Isn't one token around 10 cents, when MFC take their cut, it's probably half that. The OP is not that far off.
