Seriously, AFAIK, it rarely "worses". There are many cases in porn (Dredd, Brickzilla, Danny D - lightly -, Brick Danger, Alexander TdA), even among trans models (Yasmin Dornelles, Laura Saenz, Fabiola Voguel, Stefany Heaven, Patricia Bacelar... well, Sara Salazar) sometimes even more pronounced (Castro Supreme, if you remember him).

Pros:
- Very fit, tiny and cute (physically). I honestly thought she was exaggerating a bit but she really is small.

Interesting read, that's sounds a lot like what I would imagine Sara to be like. The scenes where never released (It was EvilAngel). I don't know what the email was but I am guessing her lack of reply, or whatever she replied with is why they never got released.
