Don't know why but it seems she removed this old BBC dildo solo from her ManyVids store (before breast implants?) but thank you to the users on the web who saved it and the still working link years later so I could acquire it! 
Unfortunately I don't think this is source quality or it's a compressed version which is still better than being lost forever. The original full quality file I think is MOV format and around 870 MB (double the bitrate)
